Two of my bettas were quite sick and have been pineconing for the past week. I tried to help them all I could but sadly my neglect of not doing enough water changes over the last month is what caused this. Life gets busy and it happens but I still feel terrible… I had to put them out of their misery today, and it made me physically unwell but I am glad they’re in a better place now. Of course I’m going to rethink this hobby and make sure to only keep fish I can care for from now on.
