I’m looking for a Reel to keep in the truck for random bank fishing times. I have everything I want for the kayak and boat. So I’m looking at a budget option and these are the 2 I landed on. I know the X is new and yet to be really tested.
I know these are very similar, I’m just indecisive.
Those who have the 100 do you like the “ergo” frame over the more rounded frame? What do you do you like and don’t like?

I have the 2023 model, casts a mile. Only issue is no tension knob more or less, its supposed to be set and done. I personally dont like that, but thats just me. I mean it cast like a damn mile, even my curado 200m cant compete. It feels buttery smooth, but most daiwas feel like thats until you put some hours into it
