Hi all, I've made a mistake… I bought from eBay a big collection of old fishing stuff and this Daiwa reel was included. Worked fine except the pick-up was some friction when opening and closing. So I decided to open the reel up (found a great video on YouTube on that) to take the pick-up apart.
Then I took off the screw of the side where the spring was, without taking a picture before….. And here I am, something sprung at some point and I can't figure out where the metal piece and the spring go. The video doesn't show that, and I can't find enough help by reading the schematics, quality's bad and I'm generally not really good with tools and mechanics.
Is there anyone here who has a similar model and who would accept to send quick video of pic of how the spring and the metal bar go back inside the case, before closing the screw? I would really appreciate it.
Thanks a lot for the help

You can get the schematics from their website for your specific model. I keep all my old reel boxes and schematics for cleaning purposes…another tip, line the pieces up in order as you take them off, with the first piece close to you and the last piece you remove further away
Closest I could find is for a 1600C on this page. The schematic is near the bottom of the page.
