The crack is from the inside of the tank as I can’t feel it on the outside of the tank

Tank age is at the very least 3 years old with the max possible age being 6 there’s some uncertainty between those years but it’s either the high or the low, there’s a little portion where I got off the hobby and got back into it in after a year in that gap

possible cause is that I use these long carpenter razor’s to clean the glass and that might of made the crack, but ive even doing this method for years and I’ve never seen it crack this bad, it’s only ever been scratched mildly

What im asking is:
what should I do about this?
Should I drive over to petco in a couple days and by a replacement tank and start moving my fish to temporary plastic containers?
Or is it ok by appearances?

I’ve never had a tank break on me before so I don’t really know any warning signs so I might be making something out of nothing, but I’d rather be overreacting and searching online than just waiting to see what happens

It’ll last you until it breaks and you flood your room.

But seriously, go buy a replacement tank now. Not later, now. Drain and move everything out of it.

Ample flex/duct tape extending at least 6” beyond each crack and new tank today or tomorrow. You must replace the tank.
