Hard to say exactly, but looks a hell of a lot like my Matzuo topwater popper style lures, except it looks like somebody replaced the hooks and did not put a dressed treble on the rear like it comes with out of the box.

Years ago we had one called hula popper. Looks about the same.
I had one like yeara ago that i may have picked up from cabelas or walmart. Looks like a megabass popx or pop max clone either from bass pro shops line or Walmart. I dont think megabass makes their poppers in that colorway, but the hooks and color are reminiscent of a saltwater type.

It’s a Jitterbug knockoff, wicked cool 😎 because the colors are awesome. I catch crazy big bass with mine after dark and early morning. Basically, bass crack !!!
