Hobie Passport 12 choppy conditions

Hi, I am this close 🤏 to pulling the trigger on a hobie Passport 12. I can’t justify spending more on, for example, a compass, as I won’t be using it more than maybe 4-5 times a month in fall, spring and summer and I am a student with very limited funds. Do you think the passport can handle rough conditions like these? (see pics) I won’t be fishing further out than maybe 40meters from shore. Fishing totally calm waters is a no-go when chasing sea trout here in Denmark, so I have considered adding some basic outriggers to stabilize the kayak as much as possible. Would that help you think?
