I can’t even imagine an 80 plus pound yellowtail!!! My PB in SoCal is 42 pounds at Santa Barbara Island which fought like a demon and the 36 pounder I caught at Catalina Island kicked the ever living shit out of me due to buttoned down drag because of all the anchor lines nearby during a white sea bass bite. I know we grow some a little bigger than that but your yellowtail in the other side of the pond are ridiculous!!! Nice catch and release on a true toad. I’d have to wonder who is catching who on a 40 plus kilograms fish!?!?!?
