What brand of pliers are these

Hi all I am looking to find what brand of pliers these are. I use them in saltwater they feel heavy duty and had the image of a deer head in the middle at one point (it’s faded away a little now). But I need replacement cutters and would like to buy a second if anyone knows what brand/model they are!
