First of all pardon my sketch. Secondly, I would be grateful for any suggestions on how I might approach this specific area (Hole 2) where a school of wary trout are circulating around the highlighted loop.

Ideally would like to float a dry fly tight to the right bank. The log jam is flanked by steep bushy cliffs and overhanging trees that make it near impossible to cast from that side.

On the left are other dense willows that push you along a sliver of shoreline where they can see you walking up the left riverbank pretty well anywhere along their cruising circuit. Up by the riffle there is comparatively less bush but also even more directly in the trout's line of sight when they are facing against the current.

Water type: gin clear rocky mountain spring creek. Thanks for any insights. 🙏🏼

If I were you, I would go fish it for a couple weeks and report back. No one here can give you better advice than your own experience.
