Planning to fish tomorrow for the first time and was preparing and fixing up my gear.
I was putting super glue the second guide from the tip of my rod because it kept falling out off place.
I fixed my guide but accidentally glued the last retractable part of this rod now its just sticking out.
Is there any way for me to fix this? Or is my rod done for?

Your rod has now a new packing size
Use a solvent like acetone. Put it on a paper towel. Run it around. If you have a heat gun or a lighter that might work too. Just something to clean it off
Heat the glue around there. Maybe really hot water will work.
