Wanted to come say hi to this subreddit aswell and show my journey so far + tanks and happily take advices/feedback on them.

Here's my 7 week journey into aquarium hobby so far. the 3rd tank has some kind of algae problem, but i'm doing my best to learn and work on it.

1st tank: 53L, with Betta (not bother other fish), 6 Medakas, 6 Ember tetras, 6 Otos and 12 Neoncaridina shrimps. (Medakas and shrimps doing babies, fry box is for some medaka ones I've collected) I'm going for a little overgrown tropical jungle type with this one, added some of those front left plants just today.

2nd tank: 30L, with just a female betta and 2 nerite snails. (She's so adorable, social and energetic) This is just random plants at background mixed and 1 yangtse stone + mopani piece, little lotus at front of rock/wood as centerpiece plant.

3rd tank: 64L, with 8 pea puffers, it has aquasoil which has been interesting experiment, but the algae problem i need to tackle in that one (mainly slime/white fuzz on wood and tiny detritius worms all over, puffers help with those gladly but they just recently moved in) I'm not sure of it's style even, I found this cool root in store + the plant i have at right side and wanted to build the tank around them and use aquasoil. Has some 2 bigger lavarocks at background aswell.

4th tank: 35L, I got really big itch on aquascaping while learning and setting up my tanks so this is my 1st attempt on that part, I'm pretty happy of it. It's just week old, has 1 betta and 2 nerite snails. (I'm testing the tank 2 times a day and water changing if anything even tiny bit dangerous appears). This one I aimed at "dark jade stone mopani forest" theme, but I have too bright substrate for what I was aiming for so I wanted to hit it with more red plants. (Planted some rotala wallichii just today at back left corner and moved filter intake on it's way, that why it's so empty looking for now.) And I have Hygrophila lancea chai still coming for this tank I plan to put front left and right side of the road. This is my first experiment with co2 and more of mid/high tech side of the hobby just out of curiosity.

I love this hobby, especially the aquascaping side of it but the fish with personalities like Bettas are absolutely fantastic animals. I've still got one more 25L tank on the way, hopefully can make it as nice as the 4th one, it will not have co2 tho.

I would like to get some feedback/improvement/advice going forward, maybe some idea balling for the upcoming 25L I still have on the way. I'm not sure if I want to have it for either another betta, 2 african dwarf frogs or shrimp community. It's going to be placed next to this tank 4 on a kind of "main" spot in my shelf so that why i don't kind of like the shrimp tank idea on it. And I'd like to use some of my leftover Jade stones, since they not showing much in my 4th tank. Also I love mopani wood and have some coming with aquarium, hopefully something I can work with.

Slow down king, multi tank syndrome is real!! But in all seriousness, If you own your apartment or house, more power to you but moving with that many tanks sucks!! Best advice is get some easy to use water changing tools that make your life as easy as possible and make it a routine, easier said than done.

Beautiful tanks, especially for 7 weeks. Congrats. MTS is definitely a thing, as someone else stated.

Are you cycling these? 7 weeks seems like a very small window for four tanks to properly cycle…
