You might catch the occasional big one with it, but I’d say it’s too large to reliably hook up most bluegill bites you get.
Also the point is rolled over like a mofo, you’ll want to fix that before using it, regardless of what species you’re trying to catch.

It’s too big to catch the normal bluegill, not too small for a crappie. Also, fix the hook point. Try sizes 8 (big blueys) to 14 (iddy biddy commitee bluey)

You’ll definitely get the bigger ones, but you won’t be catching as much fish, try something a size smaller or 2, is that a 1/8th, id recommended 1/32 and 1/16

The hook gap seems a bit large I think you want a size 6 or 8 hook, I use crappie jigs with a size 6 hook
