Betta Fish: She is fine?

I went to check on her and her head was stuck in the bottom part of the thermostat. I panicked and carefully unhooked the thermostat, and she managed to get out. I don't know if she's okay now, she was breathing very fast and seemed scared. On the left side of her gills, it looks a little purple ((It only appears near the end of the video).
