I need help figuring out what kind of worms these are! I'm pretty new to fish keeping (started beginning September). I just noticed these worms in the tank when I went to shut my betta fish's light off. Does anyone know what this is? Also the little swimming fleas?
I haven't been able to clean up my tanks due to a leg injury recently, so please ignore the leftover algae waffer my snails didn't eat. Also for the bad video quality, I'm on crutches filming this the best I can lol.

Rhabdocoela or planaria. The first is harmless, the second are a threat to fish and shrimp fry. Planaria have a triangle head and what look to be eyes.
