Kenosha WI, neighborhood pond. She caught it on her fish stik rod with a live minnow on an orange octopus hook. Fish weighed in at 3.1 lbs.
Darn kid catches bigger fish than I do almost every time we hit the shores. She won an award from John Gillespie last year for her first largie, coming in at exactly 3 lbs! We always catch and release unless we are catching white bass on the wolf river.
