Hey yall! My "new" Nasci 5000 arrived in a box that was stuffed closed, not sealed, and when I opened the box, the reel was not inside plastic or anything, just shoved into the box. I'm confused as to what I should do. The reel is nearly impossible to find, is this not a big deal? Do vendors grease the reels or something? Is this not a huge deal? Thanks yall!
