Hello! I'm not sure what to do, last night after cleaning my bettas tank I realized that he was acting weird and when I took a closer look I realized these white bumps and it looks like he ate some of his gravel. I have no idea what to do I'm completely clueless. He's still swimming and eating he just is not as active because he's sinking more. Does anyone have any advice as to what to do.
