Both are great for stocked trout. I’ve caught hundreds of trout on this lure. There’s a pond by my house where this lure is pretty much a cheat code to getting bites. I always use the rainbow color tho.

Mepps makes an XD series lure. I use size 1 for trout size you mentioned. The reason I like XD is they sink a bit deeper than regular spinners and I catch a lot more trout on them. The lures you show there won’t work as well. If you must, the smaller one
