I have two Nerite snails. They laid eggs a long time ago, and this is the second time. The first time, this didn't happen. Are they really snails or something else?

what kind of nerite snails? theodoxus can reproduce in freshwater but it is not that common. otherwise those have to be limpets

Freshwater Limpets.
A good sign of great water quality. They don’t tend to breed super fast unless there’s a ton of food available to them.
