I’ve been cycling and running my tank now for a little over a month (since the end of October) so I finally added a Betta Fish! I’m unsure of gender but their name is Turkey since I got them the day after Thanksgiving and it was Black Friday.
The first picture was Turkey at the store then the second is a couple hours into being in the new tank!! It’s a 10gallon tank with two mystery snails, live plants, a terracotta pot, a leaf hammock, floating log, and a large piece of drift wood. The greenish snail is named Hamster and the orange-yellow one is named Biggie Smalls (I didn’t name them).
Tips, comments, and opinions are welcome! Do you guys think the drift wood is too big?

turkey is definitely a male (: and I think the driftwood looks great! gives him something to swim around and explore. more plants would make him happier too
