Just get a telescoping rod at this point, much quicker to setup. Carbon fiber modern ones work very well. Can’t imagine a rod with this many segments would be any more reliable or even cast as well.

Try the Amundsun Savvy Rider
Very similar but it’s fairly high quality and versatile

Do you really need it to be that small? Any telescoping rod would work fine. If you want something tiny that you don’t have to rebuild everytime get a dock demon.
