We've had this aquarium for a few years, and the lights have just started flashing. They go on, night, off, on, night, off for a few seconds, then stop for a few seconds, then start flashing again. Does anyone know what the problem is?
Thanks

Something is likely wrong with the cord or it isn’t plugged in all the way

Time for new light. Although it does kind of look like storm mode on some lights. Is there a remote?

Might be a capacitor issue, usually they deteriorate. IMHO the timing is too consistent for anything to be a humidity issue. If that’s the case it’s probably time for a new light, assuming you do not have the knowledge of taking the lamp apart without damaging the casing, replacing the capacitor(s), and putting everything back and making sure it is hermetically sealed.
