Going through my dad’s old gear and found this Curado that seems to be in great shape aside from the handle. What’s the best way to clean and polish these parts?

The corrosion seems pretty bad. You might be better off scouring eBay and finding a replacement handle. Any of the D or E series handles will fit.
If you want to try and restore this existing one, I’d start by removing the knobs and soaking in a 50/50 vinegar/water mix to break down the corrosion. From there you may be able to use a cotton buffing wheel and buffing compound to clean it up.
