I've been giving her Epsom salt soaks to aid her belly but now she just sits at the bottom she swims to get air but that's all. I decided to more her to a hospital tank (I have neon tetras in the main tank) and I noticed what looks like eggs in her belly and a strange white circle right under her valve. I really love her and I don't know what to do at this point.

Try looking up ways to help release the eggs. I know we can aid them. But this looks extreme and im not sure what would help at this point.
