I had a sorority (they’ve recently all been separated) and I found eggs in my pink bettas tank??? Is my bouqita a bouqito ? I’m freaking out I’ve never bred fish and I never intended to, I think they mislabeled a male as a female but idk what to do she’s literally eating them, I don’t have any spare tanks as I just dropped $200 on like 4 new ones, I can gather funds but what do I do?? Are these eggs?? I’m just so confused please help bro

Just remove the eggs with the siphon.
Just remove the eggs. All will be well.
Oh my. I’ve never seen betta eggs in person, but it does look like they may be.
In this scenario, if they are fertiled and if they even hatch, I’d let nature sort them out. Your fish will most likely eat the hatchlings. It’s a bit macabre, but it is unfortunately natural. (I have a mating pair of angelfish that do this ritual every few months. They lay their eggs, guard them, and then eat them.) You can also just remove them from the tank with your siphon.
If you are interested in trying out raising them, you can buy a cheap 5gallon bucket from any hardware store, which can be a great temporary tank, when combined with a cheap heater, while you look for their forever home.
Good luck!
