Betta Fish: Is there anything I can do at this point?

I got this betta fish around a year ago from Petsmart. He got this small lumpy tumor looking thing on his top fin around a month ago and now it's looking like this. He is still swimming around and eating but mostly sitting at the bottom

He's in a 4 gallon cycled tank, 0 ammonia

Is there any treatment for this?
