From front to back:
SG4 dropshot specialist, 7'4", 2-12g, says fast action but def closer to extra fast. That's matched with a Shimano Soare C2000SSGH and 8lb Gosen Area Trout/8lb Seaguar Gold label. Used for Chebs, Neko, Shakey heads, Dropshotting, Tokyo rigs.
SG4 light game, 7', 7-21g, fast action. Paired with a Shimano Engetsu 101HG and 13lb Shimano Pitbull G5/16lb Seaguar White label. Used for topwater, Jerks, Twitches, Glides and a mix or soft plastic rigs. The Engetsu has Gomexus upgrades, new knobs and a drag star. The reel also has zero casting controls, I would describe the casting as sharp and volatile with extremely fast start up speeds, practice though and it casts very well.
SG4 Jerkbait specialist, 6'6", 30-80g, fast action. Paired with a 23 Shimano Curado M 201HG with 30lb Pitbull G5 to 40lb Flouro snag leader and then a 60lb Wire trace just because Pike like to get tangled in line. I use this for big Jerks, swimbaits, Glides, Crawlers and other Topwaters. Throwing big lures from Madotachi, Ravencraft, Abu Garcia, Deps, Savage Gear, Jackall and Evergreen on this hence the heavy trace.
Finally, an SG4 (shocking, I know) Crank and Vib specialist, 7'7", 12-32g, mod fast. Paired with a 24 Shimano Scorpion MD and 23lb Pitbull G5 to a 25lb Flouro snag leader and then a 30lb trace. Throwing Cranks, Vibs, metals, Crawlers, swimbaits and Glides on this.
Inwill be swapping the Scorpion and Curado reels around as the lighter rod would benefit from a lighter reel with a shallower spool and the heavier rod would benefit from the Monster drive, deeper spool and stronger bearings.
