Need some advice for my 350L tank. Water has gone cloudy overnight, im thinking its because I overfed them to be honest. I was accidentally a bit liberal with the flakes last night.

Dont think its anything else, the stones, decor are all brand new and washed beforehand. The filter and aerator are also new. And the tank was cleaned before filling.

Any tips on how to get rid of the cloudiness without emptying the whole thing?

Did you cycle the tank? If not, google fish-in cycle. I would give you a step by step, but I don’t know how 🙁

It could be a bacterial bloom caused by their waste, especially if they’re goldfish. You’re half right, more food, more poop, more ammonia, nitrites, more nitrates, more bacterial bloom. This is not the beneficial bacteria you want. A quick way to kill it is with a uv sterilizer. Otherwise, it will take longer but fast for a couple days, reduce light and feed less when you start back up.
