Betta Fish: Fin rot or just rough around the edges?

I’m looking for help determining whether my fish has rot or if her fins just grow that way. I know some bettas just have rough edges.

I recently moved and she hasn’t been less active since the move. She spends more time at the bottom of her tank too. Though I suppose this could just be her getting older/getting used to her new environment- she’s in a less busy space now.
