Aquariums: Weird creature in tank

I was cleaning my glass and noticed this. Does anybody know what it is and should I remove it?

Damselfly larvae, definitely remove asap

Damselfly larvae. It will eat smaller fish & shrimps.

I think it’s a Dragonfly larva, alpha predator.
I would remove it.
