I am looking to upgrade my perch fishing setups next year. Now I'm looking for a reel to match a 7.6ft spinning rod built with texas rigs, ned rigs and cheb heads in mind. I'm looking for high quality reels. Got a few reels in mind (pictures above) but I'm not sure which gear ratios would be optimal and whether a 2500 or 3000 size is better suited.

Depends on weight of the rod more than anything and getting the balance right.
if thats the caldia its much cheaper on japanlureshop than anywhere else ive found, but for the same price id go vanford
