It moves around is it water fleas? I read not danger but there's quite alot of it and my betta not eating it

Seed shrimp, will go away on its own if you’re overfeeding. If there’s a lot of detritus in the water, they’ll eat that. They’re hard to kill so if you have another tank with fish like guppies or minnows, you can temporarily move the betta to another container for roughly an hour and move the guppies in the tank to gobble them up, then just put each fish back in their tanks.
I’d only use that med this if you already have two cycled tanks. My situation did get worse because my tank only had a betta in it and a 100% natural tank. After it died and I got Pygmy Cories, they “went away”
