Found an old telescopic feeder rod where the hollow pipe (the last piece before the tip section) is cracked in two.
I was thinking of fixing it if that is possible. Have never repaired a telescopic rod before, so I am very new to this.

Rod builder here. It might be possible but it will always be a weak point and probably not worth the effort
You can simply replace the whole broken segment. There are lots of blank manufacturers on aliexpress. Just write them what you need.
