the left one no problem, just put 2 hooks on it, treble or single hook, what u prefer.
grab some splitring pliers or a tiny screwdriver an pry open the split ring, move the old one out and at the same time move the new one in.
i do this with a lot of lures i find.
The right one you can toss, unfortunately a hook change is not possible.

Swap new trebles onto the swimbait, throw the chatterbait away.

Trim the chatter bait skirt and use it for dice bait

I’d put a single inline hook on the front and a treble on the back of that glide bait. Those work great for bass or pike and also work great for saltwater fish. The jig on the right is probably best left on the bank
