I’ve been keeping planted tanks for a few years now but I never had betta in any of them. And this guy was a bit of an impulse purchase. My new tank was fully cycled and ready for inhabitants besides snails. I saw this guy at the pet store and decided that he deserves a 36l (9,6 gallon) planted tank to call home 🏡.
I will be adding carpeting plants later (they are not available now), but even now looks like he likes it ☺️
