As you can see in the reel it says it can accomodate 400 m of 0.35 j braid meanwhile i managed to fill it with 0.28 j braid. Reel model is Daiwa Saltist 18000 MQ

Looks fine to me. Could fit a tiny bit more but its pretty solid. Maybe remove a spacer under the spool so it rides a little higher, but it will fish .
Also add a bit more tension when spooling next time.
