I was just told that this food is not for Betta fish, but I’ve been feeding it to her for months now and she loves them and no issues. Should I switch it up?

Whenever I use those they just sink to the bottom and stay there unless you feed your betta one flake at a time.

I feed this too.. she doesn’t like the pellets that expand, for the most part. These are a good size. I just have to feed slower otherwise they sink and she won’t always go pick them up.

I feed the betta specific version of these as the granules are smaller and the protein content is higher. But honestly these should be fine!
However, I prefer feeding a variety of foods, including frozen. I have about 6 I cycle through but I also have 10 betta, so that amount isn’t unreasonable for me. I’d maybe pick up a different kind or two just to give her variety.

my boy seems to like these. i have to crush them up between spoons though; he’s small, about 3 months.
sometimes he wont eat them immediately, but he’ll come around later and forage for the ones that sank to the substrate.
