Where to target big early ice bluegills?

I can catch big gills all summer in the spot circled. Past 2 ice seasons I’ve fished the deep hole and only caught absolute dinks. For every 20 dinks I’ll catch a good 8-9” like I catch all summer. Where should I be targeting them? Pond is 1.5 acres connects to 4 other ponds with similar features but are smaller than this pond.
