I thought my moss was growing finally but now that I’m looking at it it’s blue?!? And looks like dense spider webbing

That may be Cyanobacteria, will kill plants, take it out and get some ramshorns snails, they are theorized to eat it. Every time I put them in it disappears. All I’m sayin.
