Trout Fishing

Some of the stocked rainbow trout I caught had these odd yellow marks on the flesh. Any idea what it is?

I cut them out of the ones I cooked and ate so far to be safe, but wanna be sure, what is this?

Just looks like fat deposits. Probably sat at a hatchery for a while
