She looks a little clamped too? In this video at least. I would try dimming the light and/or darkening the water with tannins. Wilds do best in setups that mimic their natural habitat, so lots of botanicals and a layer of leaf litter for her to “dig” through could also help.
Since you mentioned pH potentially being a problem, what is the pH you keep her at?
