I bought a betta in June with fins like this. He has not gotten worse. It’s maintain or it’s look similar from when I got him. Is this normal? He eats fine and swims fine. Water parameters are fine too. He’s in a 20 long community tank. Not sure if I should treat.

He looks perfectly fine. Treat him for what?
