Looks like popeye. Treat with Kanaplex; follow the instructions to make him food. If you have syringes or pipettes that would be best for feeding him the medication! Feed 3x a day for 3 days, check to see if he has improved physically then 2x a day for to 7 days. This cured it in one of my longfins who just had it. It’s important to finish the full 7 days in my opinion as infections can and will come back if they are not fully cleared with antibiotics, and worse, they can become resistant to treatment and result in the untimely passing of a beloved pet. Best of luck to you, friend ❤️ you can also do aquarium salt baths (with or without methylene blue, it’s better to use it if you can though!) to help alleviate some swelling and sterilize topically. And adding extra tannins never hurts 😉
