Bought on Amazon what I thought was 15lb test braided line. Wrote the manufacturer but waiting to hear back. Is the 5lb sticker a misprint or did I mess up?

Stickers say either lol. Have a picture of the line itself? Or are you able to juxtapose with known weight braids?

According to their product page on the manufacturer’s website it shows its 4 strands .14mm & 12lb strength.
I would believe the one on the front over the stuck on one on the back.
But i would also tie a bit between 2 sticks and see what it unscientifically breaks at before using it.

Definitely 15lb. Sticker on the back clearly cuts out the middle of the product name. That text probably says 15LB too and just got abbreviated in the printing process.

It’s 15lb. The person who put to x00 label on put the wrong label on it

I’ve seen 4lb and 6lb but never 5lb test. Safe to say that’s a misprint

According to Hercules that should be 15# at that diameter.
