Find a small local fish store and see if you can sell them for $1-$2 each. Other than that, sell them online yourself or give them away. Or feed them to a predator fish.
You need to either separate the males and females or introduce something that will eat the babies.
You can slow down their breeding by keeping the water colder and feeding them less. They’ll hunt down their babies if they get hungry enough.

Yep, you’ve got a problem here. Maybe you can turn it into an opportunity, though.
Go to some local fish stores and ask if they are interested. You might only get a few dollars in store credit, but it feels nice.
Next option, use Craigslist or whatever local online marketplace you like, and see what most people sell platys for. If nobody’s interested, offer to give them away, but I doubt it’ll come to that. You have some nice looking fish there.
Realistically, you’ll always have this problem unless you separate them. That’s what I do with my endlers, though it’s a lot easier when the males are so easy to spot. Even AFTER you separate them, you’ll get 1-2 more spawns of fry from every female, and you have to separate the males from there, etc. etc.
