This is a 5 gallon I’ve taken down (sorry for the dirt it still needs a proper wipe down) I want to remove these plastic cartridge holders as I have bigger and better plans for this tank. Any advice?

Hot razorblade might work but be SUUUUPER careful not to nic the silicon or the whole tank would have to be re sealed.
