Little dudes gonna have a great life.
Taller plants to reach the surface or be near so it can sleep in it like a hammock will do it greatly.
Floaters maybe as well if you like them.

I would tie bunches of anubias to suction cups – my Charlies favorite rest spots /furniture
I have a planter bowl that suctions to the glass, I just need to replant it before reintroducing to the tank:)

He’s sooooo cute. I love the plakat tails. I have 8 HMPKs and one Halfmoon. Don’t let other people discourage you. Buy what plants you can afford a little at a time. Its easy to go over budget on plants all at once. Perfect size tank too
