My son's betta fish died Saturday morning. I think it hit me harder than it hit him. This fish was always medically fragile, and I had to nurse him back to health multiple times with antibiotics in a hospital tank. He never fully recovered after the LA fire evacuation, and finally succumbed to his long battle with swim bladder disease. Rest in peace Fishy Joe. See you in my dreams.
