Got this dude a few days ago from the pet store, looks like he has a few red streaks and black/blue marks appearing? Any ideas what he might end up looking like or experience with your white bettas changing color? I absolutely love his personality and he’s loving his 10g planted tank! The second pic is him begging for food lol

To me he looks like he may turn into a vanda? Probably a relatively “low quality” one but he will be beautiful!
Probably expect a pale yellow body with some red streaks in the tail, tail with otherwise be mostly see through.
Not here to give unwanted advice, but I’d be careful with feeding your betta those omega one pellets! I found an older thread when researching the best food and in a comment ( I’ll see if i can find it again ) apparently there’s an ingredient in them that encourages tumor growth. My first betta was fed those and ultimately passed from a tumor along with other people’s bettas in the responses.
