* **How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?**: I don’t have a set schedule. This past week, I did a 100% water change. But normally I just use a syphon to take out around 25-40%.
* **Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each**: 1 female nerite snail.
* **What do you feed and how much**: micro-pellets twice a day

With how tattered his fins are I’m assuming it’s fin rot. A couple questions, though:
1. Why a 100% water change? While that won’t necessarily crash the cycle it’s not typically needed unless in extreme cases.
2. How long has he looked this way/when did you first notice symptoms?
3. Symptoms?
4. Can you test for ammonia? Direct water testing with a tube and drops is far more accurate than strips are.
